We’ve always known the RCFS team is made up of some of the best and brightest in early care and education. Now one of the nation’s leading organizations in the field agrees. In 2017, RCFS completed the Parents as Teachers Quality Endorsement and Improvement process and earned the highest designation: Blue Ribbon Affiliate status. Being named a Blue Ribbon Affiliate affirms that our program is among the highest quality members of the home visitation and parent education field, implementing the evidence-based Parents as Teachers model with fidelity and quality. To achieve this designation, an affiliate must meet or exceed all 17 Essential Requirements, and also meet at least 75% of the additional Parents as Teachers Quality Standards. RCFS met the 17 Essential Requirements and met 83% of the Quality Standards.

RCFS will be recognized for this achievement at the 2018 national Parents as Teachers conference October 2018.
